PKP Intercity Remtrak (former Zakład Usług Taborowych ‘REMTRAK’) will create between 400 and 450 new jobs at its unit in Idzikowice, Poland, in 2021. The job creation is associated with the construction of two new rolling stock maintenance facilities; completion of the investment is scheduled for January 2021. The company plans to invest PLN 135 million (€29.53 million) in the project.
Remtrak, a subsidiary of the national railway operator PKP Intercity, was founded in 1999. The company provides services in the field of repair, maintenance, repair of rolling stock and transport equipment. Currently, the company employs about 400 employees in the Idzikowice unit.
