European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Germany-based KION Group, a worldwide leading producer of forklifts, warehouse equipment and industrial lorries, announced that it will create up to 150 jobs following the opening of a new plant in Kołbaskowo, near Szczecin, in spring 2021. The new facility will have a research and development centre as well as office space, with an area of 44,000 square metres. The centre has been built in compliance with the most stringent environmental protection guidelines; the location is strategically located near the German capital.
The site will sell its products in EMEA region.
