The US company EPAM Systems, one of the leading providers of digital platform engineering and software development services, is to create around 600 new jobs in Vilnius by October 2025. The company has announced the intention to open a new office in Vilnius and to hire approximately 600 highly qualified engineers in the next five years. The company is planning to actively collaborate with Lithuanian universities – it has plans to develop a number of professional training programs to help grow the supply of IT professionals in Lithuania.
