European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
ATEN, a Taiwanese company which is specialized in connectivity and management solutions in accessing and sharing technologies announced the creation of 100-150 new positions in 2021. The company is looking mainly for integration engineers for developing digital systems. The new positions are available mainly at the R&D centre in Bucharest.
Against the background of the growing importance of remote work caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has witnessed an increase in demand for its products and services. In 2020 the company has succeeded to add between 25 and 30 new clients to its portfolio and registered a 60-100% increase in demand for equipment orders.
ATEN was established in 1979, is headquartered in Taiwan and has a workforce of 1,700.
