Description
The Commercial Court of Lyon has ordered the compulsory liquidation of Entreprise de Sondage Lyon (ESL), a former subsidiary of TNS Sofres. The company, bought from the Kantar group in 2018 by Hichem Guerfali, has a debt of €2 million, according to the SUD trade union, which points to systemic delays in the payment of salaries in 2020. Out of the 150 employees, permanent staff, around 100, should be made redundant at the end of January with the implementation of an employment safeguard plan.
