European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Ikea, the global retailer of ready-to-assemble furniture, kitchen appliances and home accessories, has announced that it will create 250 jobs at its new store in Szczecin in the first half of 2021. The unit, with an area of almost 29,000 square meters, is expected to be opened in April 2021.
In Poland, Ikea group employs over 16,000 people, including over 5,500 employees in 11 stores and distribution centre as well as over 10,500 in about 20 production facilities across the country.
