The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
LKQ Europe, a branch of the multinational LKQ group, specialised in distributing alternates and speciality parts to repair and accessorise automobiles and other vehicles, announced that it will create between 200 and 250 jobs at its new innovation and service centre in Katowice. The centre is expected to be launched in mid-2021. The recruitment process has started in April 2021. It is not clear yet when the recruitment will be finished.
The centre will help develop the company’s innovation and digitalisation strategy, offering innovative digital products and solutions to its customers while strengthening cost competitiveness and process efficiencies.
