Description
The online training platform 360Learning is specialised in the digitalisation of training for companies and universities. It has announced having finalised a fundraising of $200 million (€171 million). This fundraising will enable the company to expand. According to one of the managers, it plans to double its workforce from 260 to 500 employees in the next 18 months. It is going to recruit people in the fields of R&D and product development.
The start-up, notably based in Paris, was born at the end of 2013 and differs from its competitors because of the 'collaborative learning dimension'. It is an interactive portal where companies and employees can bring out training needs, in terms of missing courses or need for improvement.
