Description
Noel Alimentaria, a Spanish company in the meat sector, has opened its new meat production plant in Olot after having invested €35 million. The plant will employ 200 workers and it will be fully operational in early 2022. The work centre will be dedicated to the cutting, packaging, and freezing of pork and pork derivatives. These activities are currently carried out at the Noel meat plant (also in Olot). Thus, the former plant will be dedicated exclusively to the production of fresh filleted, and processed products. The company's objective is to boost its fresh products activity with this new plant.
