European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
German technology supplier Kostal Group will open its first business services centre (BSC) in Budapest in October 2022. According to the plan, 360 highly qualified IT professionals and finance experts will be employed at the BSC. Out of these new jobs, at least 100 will be created before the end of 2022. Primarily the senior positions will be filled this year.
Kostal is present in four continents and 21 countries. About 80% of its activities are related to the automotive sector. The management expects that the new BSC will help improve the efficiency of the business processes of the firm by supporting operations on a European and global scale.
