European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The US software development company Coherent Solutions is to create around 174 new jobs in Vilnius by December 2024. On 3 June 2022, the company officially opened a full-scale software development centre in Vilnius which employs 126 employees. The centre in Vilnius will host cross-functional software teams. Coherent Solutions plans to invest more than €6.5 million in Lithuania and will increase the number of employees in Vilnius to 300 over the next three years.
Coherent Solutions is a custom software development company providing custom software products and consulting services. The company has more than 1,400 employees working in its headquarters in Minneapolis as well as in its European offices in Sofia and Minsk, and Brest. The company started its operations in Vilnius in December 2020.
