European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Engel & Völkers Lisboa- a luxury real estate agency from German Engel & Völkers group- is planning to expand the brand in Lisbon. The company wants to increase the number of real estate consultants by 150%, therefore it has announced to recruit 200 workers. The main objective is to increase its market share in Lisbon in the coming years. The company offers to the future staff the possibility to develop their activity and improve their career in a network of national and international clients.
Currently, Engel & Völkers Lisbon has a network of 80 consultants.
