Description
The supermarket and food delivery service group REWE announced the opening of a new food fullfilment centre in Bochum/North Rhine-Westphalia, where it hired 180 new employees. REWE wants to expand its food delivery service in the Ruhr region starting in March 2023. Hirings included all positions from site manager to delivery driver. Across Germany, more than 3,000 permanent employees work at the individual locations of the REWE delivery service in 90 German cities.
A previous restructuring has been recorded for REWE in 2022, announcing the creation of 3,000 jobs in Austria (REWE-2022-AT).
