European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The German-owned company Multivac Bulgaria, a manufacturer of machines for food processing and various packaging solutions is opening 100 new workplaces. After a year of construction works, the company opened an extension of its production building in Bozhurishte, Sofia region. The new production and assembly facilities and offices are located on an area of 5 600 sq. m. The investment is about 6 mil. Euro. The company's total investment in Bulgaria so far is over 25 mil Euro for an overall plant area of 12 500 sq m. Multivac is present on Bulgarian market since 2018 and currently employs 230 people.
