European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Specialised in telecommunications solutions for businesses, Unitel France has announced the recruitment of 100 new employees in Marseille. The aim of the business expansion is to strengthen the Unitel France technology team in order to successfully implement its growth strategy, wich is focused on cloud computing and 5G telecommunications. The new employees are to be hired within the next 12 months. The information technology group Unitel, now made up of several dozen holdings, is originally from Mongolia and has been operating since 2005.
