European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Ryanair has announced its plans to hire 100 flight attendants at two events in Beauvais (Oise) and Bordeaux at the beginning of July. The company had employed its flight crews under Irish employment contracts for a long time. However, in October 2022 the airline changed its strategy by reaching a crisis exit agreement with the French unions, after a long period of strikes. The work schedule offered to those who will join Ryanair's crews entails rotations of 5 days worked and 3 days, along with an average salary of around €15,000 a year.
