European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
La Brava Beer is a Spanish company located in Vulpellac (Baix Empordà), Cirona, Spain. It plans to move its factory in the Czech Republic to Empordà (Spain) and invests eight to ten millions in this new plant by 2023. With this investment, La Brava Beer expects to reach 160,000 liters of production and 900,000 euros turnover this year, and to reach 10 million liters of production by 2023. The company mainly focuses on Girona and Barcelona markets although it also exports its products to France and Australia. By the end of this year, the company will expand 500 more outlets to reach 1000 outlets in Catalonia region. It has recently closed a second round of financing of 264,000 euros to expand production capacity. In May 2017, the company will enter the market of non-alcoholic beer with the product named La Sense.
