SWEP is a Swedish manufacturer of brazed plate heat exchangers (BPHE). The company has decided to consolidate its activities in Europe. In particular, the production plant in Switzerland's Tentlingen is going to close in order to concentrate production in the other two plants owned by the company in Sweden's Landskron and Slovakia's Kechnec near Kosice. The decision has been taken on 23 November 2016, and the transfer should be completed in the first quarter of 2017. 15 new jobs position should be created in Sweden thanks to this decision.
