The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 24 November 2023, Signa Real Estate Management has filed for insolvency, leading to the loss of 140 jobs.
The company is an affiliate of Austrian Signa group that also had filed for insolvency in Austria. Signa Real Estate Management Germany is a developer of real estate projects in Germany. It is headquartered in Düsseldorf and employs around 140 employees who are affected by the insolvency proceedings. Proceedings were opened and an insolvency administrator appointed. As of end November 2023, there are no further news on the prospects of affected employees.
