European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Ahold Delhaize, a Dutch-Belgian holding company specialized in retail and wholesale trade has announced the opening of a technology hub in Bucharest. The new hub will be hired 250 persons by the end of 2024.
The Bucharest tech hub, called AD/01 (Ahold Delhaize Technologies), aims to develop innovations in customer experience and services for European brands that are part of the Ahold Delhaize group. The new technological hub will be involved in projects in the areas of eCommerce, Infra, Data, Loyalty, Core Retail and beyond.
The AD/01 hub is considered to play a key role in strengthening the Ahold Delhaize Group as part of the digital, data and technology ecosystem.
