European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Bulgarian retail chain Fantastico has commenced the construction of a new shopping complex in the Orlandovtsi district in Sofia. Expected to be operational by year-end, this endeavor represents an investment exceeding BGN 23 million (EUR 11.76 million) and is planning to generate 100 new jobs.
Spanning 4707 square meters, the shopping center will allocate 1292 square meters for lease to various establishments including fast fashion stores, a pharmacy, a courier service station, a utility bill payment cashier, and an insurance brokerage. Additionally, Fantastico supermarket plans to offer a diverse range of 40,000 products, as informed by the chain to Capital.
