Description
Automotive Cells Company (ACC) has announced in May 2023 to create between 1,400 and 2,000 direct jobs by 2030, a figure that does not include subcontractors and suppliers of its new gigafactory. In September, 600 employees were already recruited.
ACC has installed a gigafactory, located not far from a Stellantis petrol engine plant. The plant in Pas-de-Calais, is the first of four sites in the future electric "battery valley" that will give a new industrial lease of life to the former mining region in northern France.
In 2021, the company have already hired 150 new employees in France (ACC 2021 - FR)
