PostNord Logistics, a nordic company handling freight transport by road, having several locations in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, announced it will cut 175 jobs mainly from locations in Denmark (Køge, Taulov and Aalborg). The layoffs are part off a new strategy towards focusing and simplifying the business. It is not at this point clear when the jobs will be cut or which type of jobs.
PostNord announced in the press statement, that they are in close dialogue with the unions, and will do everything they can to ensure that all employees are helped on in the best possible way.
