Description
FM Logistic Iberica, a logistics company belonging to the French FM Logistic group, has inaugurated two new modules (B5 and B6) at its warehouse in Illescas, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. The expansion adds 19,199.90 m² to the currently existing logistics platform in the region and will create around 100 new jobs.
After successfully consolidating its national and international warehousing and distribution logistics network, the company has decided to focus its efforts on optimising other critical aspects of the supply chain, especially those related to the so-called “forwarding” services. This strategy aims to offer its customers operational improvements and cost reductions, particularly in distribution logistics.
