Description
Imperial logistics, a South-African multinational logistics and warehousing company has announced it will close its Belgian facility in Antwerp. As a consequence, a total of 295 employees are at risk of losing their job. The closure is closely related to the closure of the Audi facility in Vorst earlier this year, which was one of the biggest clients of Imperial Logistics. Several companies are expected to face significant difficulties following the closure of the Audi plant. As prescribed, consultation and information rounds are currently ongoing.
