European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Satispay, an Italian company that has developed and operates a digital payment and money transfer platform, has announced plans to open a new office in Naples by March 2025. The expansion will result in the hiring of approximately 80 new employees, extending the company's presence in southern Italy.
