Vinci Construction, the construction subsidiary of the Vinci Group, is set to hire 6,000 workers in 2025. This includes 4,500 full-time permanent contracts and 1,500 internships and work-study opportunities (alternance).
Since 2023, the company has been recruiting 6,000 workers annually as part of its Build Better Together employer initiative.
