European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Auchan Romania, subsidiary of the French international retail group, is hiring 120 persons at the first ATAC by Auchan discount hypermarket in Bucharest and the Auchan Sky Garden supermarket in Popești Leordeni (Ilfov County). The hiring process will be starting very soon.
The company offers a variety of positions, both for people with a high school education and minimal experience, as well as management roles that require proven retail experience and skills. Auchan is looking for, among others, customer advisors (at the cash registers), multi-purpose sales operators, sales department managers and security agents.
Currently the company has a workforce of 7,000 employees, of which more than 2,700 have between 10 and 18 years of seniority. Auchan is one of the largest employers in the country.
