Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

LVMH will recruit approximately 1,125 workers in Italy by the end of 2025. The luxury group's initiative is part of its third 'You & ME' Métiers d'Excellence tour, which targets both young people and professionals seeking career changes across the country.
The recruitment drive focuses on three primary sectors: 1,000 positions in traditional craftsmanship, 500 in design, and 3,000 in sales and customer service roles within boutiques and the hospitality sector throughout Europe. The company aims to address the growing shortage of skilled workers in the luxury industry as older employees retire.
