European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The automotive manufacturer has agreed with unions on 350 voluntary exits at its Campania facilities, affecting 300 employees at the Pomigliano assembly plant and 50 at the Pratola Serra engine production site. According to company representatives, these departures primarily involve staff nearing retirement age and align with the group's generational turnover strategy.
