Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

The French Caisse d’Épargne Côte d’Azur, a regional provider of financial services, is recruiting 185 new permanent workers in 2025. The recruitment is part of the company's Horizon 2030 plan, which aims to improve customer support in the face of housing, energy, and environmental crises. Despite the difficult economic conditions, the company has kept an increase in net banking income.The year prior, it had recruited 109 permanent workers.
