European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Revoz, a car manufacturer owned by the French company Renault, is set to hire 250 new employees to produce the Twingo, which will be the first model to be powered exclusively by electricity.
Production of the car will begin in December this year, reaching full capacity in the first few months of next year. Most of the new employees will work in car production; some will work in other areas requiring higher qualifications.
Management stated that the company is searching for production workers via the Employment Service and temporary work agencies. Due to labour shortages, unofficial sources claim that Revoz is also recruiting workers from the Philippines.
