Volksbank will hire 100 new employees by the end of 2025 as part of its Impact 2026 industrial plan. The Italian bank, which operates over 160 branches across Northeast Italy, aims to strengthen both its branch network and organisational units in Bolzano and Marostica.
The recruitment targets various profiles, including senior and junior banking consultants, as well as entry-level candidates without experience. The bank is also seeking specialists in strategic planning, control functions, and IT professionals, including analysts, engineers, data scientists, and data modelers, to support artificial intelligence investments.
