Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

The regional French Caisse d’Épargne Côte d’Azur, a financial services provider, is recruiting 109 permanent workers in 2024. Following a challenging year in 2023 due to inflation and high interest rates, which followed a record year, the company aims to maintain its revenue growth. The hirings are to support the company's 2030 plan, aiming to support customers, individuals and companies, in the face of the challenges of energy transitions, environmental and housing issues. Further recruitments are to be expected.
