Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Akkodis, a digital engineering subsidiary of Adecco, is recruiting up to 1,500 workers in 2025. Due to the war economy, the company needs to recruit around 380 to 400 workers in defence, and 300 to 320 in aeronautics. The company will be hiring during the International Aeronautics and Space Exhibition at Bourget in June. It is looking for workers with competencies in digital and artificial intelligence, engineering, and industrial performance and logistics due to changing industry needs.
Several large restructurings by Adecco have been recorded in the ERM database, with the latest hiring 8,365 Adecco Medical 2025 - FR.
