Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

South African insurance company OUTsurance Ireland is to create 100 new jobs in Ireland over the next twelve months.
OUTsurance said the new roles are in response to strong customer demand and interest since it launched its car and home insurance products one year ago.
The new positions will be in sales, customer service and claims management. Applications for the new roles are already open, with entry-level positions requiring no previous experience or specific qualifications.
OUTsurance launched in Ireland in May 2024 and currently employs 150 people in the country.
