Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Baltic Towers, a manufacturer of wind towers, has started production at its plant in Gdansk, where it will employ 500 people.
Production at the plant started on 29 May 2025; the factory was established thanks to, among other things, the PLN 376 million in state aid it received for investment projects of strategic importance for the transition to a net-zero emissions economy.
Recruitment is still ongoing for positions such as metallising machine operator, metalliser, CNC operator, maintenance leader and welding technician.
Baltic Towers was established in 2023 as a result of synergies between Poland and Spain: the Industrial Development Agency and Spain's GRI Renewable Industries, S.L.
