The state-owned enterprise VOP CZ, which specialises in the field of military technology, engineering production and development, plans to hire approximately 200 new employees by the end of 2025. The company has started extensive modifications to its operations for about CZK 80 million. VOP CZ wants to have the most important things ready by the end of the year so that it can start production and final assembly of the new Swedish CV90 tracked armoured vehicles for the Czech army.
VOP CZ is a company fully owned by the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic. It is one of the most important manufacturers and providers of repairs, modernisations and services in the field of defence and security in the Czech Republic.
