Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

OSA cooperative, which provides services to the schools, has announced the dismissal of 111 workers following the termination of its school integration services contract with Latina Municipality. The decision comes after the service was not extended for the summer period.
CISL FP (trade union) has expressed serious concerns about both employment and social impacts of the service interruption. The union emphasizes that stability in operator-client relationships is fundamental, especially for complex disability cases that are increasingly present among those entitled to support services.
A public sit-in has been organized with participation from parents, school principals, and associations supporting the workers' cause and highlighting the broader community impact of these service disruptions
