Description
The French company Aroma Zone, specialising in natural beauty and wellness products, which currently employs 550 people, plans to hire an additional 400 by the end of 2025. The company is experiencing exceptional growth, with a turnover increasing by 56% in 2024 and by 70% in the first months of 2025.
Against this backdrop of growth, the company's management has chosen to strengthen its internal structures (logistics, human resources). It plans to expand geographically by opening new stores across France, particularly in Sénart, Lyon, Anglet, Marseille and Angers. Aroma Zone also intends to continue expanding its product range (cosmetics, hygiene, nutrition, and perfumery) to attract new customer segments, such as men and young people, and to assert its position as a leading brand in the natural skincare sector.
