European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Pizza manufacturer Just Queen, a subsidiary of API Tech, itself a subsidiary of the Nancy-based Mentor Group, is laying off 400 workers due to its bankruptcy.
The company operates a total of 23 laboratories, including those located in Dombasle-sur-Meurthe, Golbey, Metz, and Fénétrange. API Tech, on the other hand, is responsible for the distribution of these smart foods. Two thousand distributors are installed all over the country.
