European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Conta Lá, a Portuguese company operating in the fields of television programming, broadcasting, and video distribution, announces the launch of a new regional, rural and tourism-focused media project, approved by the Regulatory Authority for the Media (on 29 August 2025), which will combine television, an OTT platform with AI-assisted personalisation, live events, and a unified editorial and technological network.
The project will create 205 jobs, of which 133 in news and information, 28 in programming and production, and 44 in technical support, management, human resources, finance, commercial and legal functions.
With hubs distributed from the North to the South of the country and across the islands, 'Conta Lá' aims to ensure efficient and decentralised operational coverage.
