DIGI, a Romanian-owned telecommunications operator, is expanding its workforce in Spain with over new 430 jobs across all regions. The company is seeking a wide range of profiles to support its sustained growth in the Spanish market, where it now employs more than 10,000 people.
Specifically, DIGI is recruiting for over 190 roles in physical stores, promotional stands, and direct or telemarketing positions. Meanwhile, the technical division offers more than 150 vacancies, including 60 for installers, another 60 in construction, and over 30 in engineering. Additionally, there are 20 positions in customer service to reinforce the call centres in Valencia, Seville, and Madrid. The company is also hiring specialists in data centre operations, software development, logistics, HR, auditing, and training. Regionally, the largest number of vacancies are in Madrid (100+), Andalusia (80+), Catalonia (50+), Valencia (40), the Basque Country (30+), and Castilla-La Mancha (20+).
Between 2019 and 2024, Digi increased its Spanish workforce by 993%, creating over 1,250 jobs so far in 2025. The company emphasises internal promotion and performance-based career progression, ensuring long-term stability.
DIGI has registered previous business expansion examples in 2025 DIGI 2025-ES and DIGI 2025-ES, with the creation of 130 and 150 jobs, respectively.
