European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Organon has developed innovative prescription medicines for gynecology, mental health, anesthesia, and for cardiovascular diseases. The company currently employs around 13,000 people in more than 50 countries. Worlwide, Akzo Nobel decided to suppress some 500 jobs.
