European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Solymatic, a subsidiary of the Valiance group that maintains ATMs, follows the restructuring of Valiance by shedding 411 of its 1,030 jobs. On 26 April 2004, the company has filed for bankruptcy.
