European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Eureko is one of Europe's leading personal financial services groups. The operating companies are: Achmea, First Friends, F&C, Imperio France, Interamerican, Union. Eureko shed some 1,300 jobs in 2003, the company gave that information during the presentation of the 2003 annual report. Initially a suppresssion of 1,000 jobs was foreseen due to the integration of different branches. The headquarter of Eureko is also moving to the Achmea offices in Zeist. The activities will be concentrated on six locations : Apeldoorn, Amsterdam, Leeuwarden, Zeist, Zwolle and another location in the South, for example in Rotterdam of Den Haag.
