European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Rexim, French subsidiary of the group Degussa, leading producer of amino acids and their derivatives for pharmaceutical and nutritional applications, will cut 57 jobs (out of 420). The decision was taken as a consequence of significant market share losses on bottom-of-the-range products. Negotiations are being held concerning the reduction measures.
