European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Swedish heat pumps and components manufacturer NIBE Industrier said that it would carry out an action plan within the business area NIBE Element. The plan involves transferring some 200 jobs from Sweden to Eastern Europe and Asia with the aim of reducing costs by SEK 4 million per year. The reorganisation is expected to take 18 to 24 months.
