European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
US-based Universal Group plans to develop a new logistics centre near Zalalövő, Hungary investing over Ft 4.5 billion. As part of its first project in Hungary, the American company will develop a 7,500 square metres new industrial space. The logistics facility will become operational by September 2006 and employ a staff of 100 to 120. Universal Group has further plans to add four more buildings and a cold storage facility to the complex at a later date, with an assembly plant as well.
