The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The shopping mall of Sofia features a hypermarket, more than 120 shops, and an entertainment floor with 12 cinema screens, IMAX 3-d theater(the first in the country), restaurants and food court, specialised shops. The Mall of Sofia is just a few minutes from the very centre of Sofia. It has more than 700 parking spaces and is easily accessible by public transportation. The first two floors of the Mall of Sofia are for the shops, the third is for the cinema theatres and the restaurant area. The next six floors are occupied with offices. In a year time the investors intend to start working for a second Mall of Sofia, and to spread in the country afterwards. This is the first investment of General Electric in Bulgaria, which amounts to €37 million.
